1. SMS Messaging Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number during online checkout or account verification, or by texting our restaurant phone line at (920) 367-1712, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS notifications from Fuoco Antico (operated on the Scintilla platform by Bananas Entertainment LLC), including:

One-time verification passcodes (OTP)
Order confirmation and live wood-fired oven status alerts
Order ready-for-pickup notifications
Two-way customer care responses to your inquiries

Consent to receive SMS notifications is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Message Frequency & Rates

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity and support inquiries (typically 2 to 4 messages per order).

Carrier Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-Out (STOP) & Assistance (HELP) Instructions

To Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (920) 367-1712. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text START or opt in on your next order.
